1 General Terms & Introduction

995bit (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "995bit") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and other approved regions. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 995bit and its users ("you", "member", "player").

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. You must wager the bonus amount at the specified multiplier before making a withdrawal. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place ৳10,000 in bets.

Bonus Validity

• Welcome Bonus: Must be used within 30 days of receipt.
• Free Spins: Must be used within 7 days.
• Weekly Cashback: Credited automatically every week, valid for 7 days.

Bonus Abuse

If any evidence of bonus abuse is found, 995bit reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings. Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, exploiting bonus strategies, or using a shared IP to claim multiple bonuses is strictly prohibited.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on 995bit:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• In live betting, bets may not be accepted if your internet connection is interrupted.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, your bet will be refunded.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 995bit and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Harassing or intimidating other players.
• Impersonating 995bit staff.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

995bit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information.
• If unusual or suspicious activity is detected on an account.
• When required by a court order or government authority.
• If the user requests to close their own account.

9 Limitation of Liability
